Snow Days 2013 at Navy Pier runs this weekend, January 25 – 27^th at Gateway Park. Fifteen Professional teams from the US and around the world will use 8000 cubic feet of man-made snow to compete in the snow sculpting competition. Snow Days offers a fun day for the whole family. Admission is free and there are activities for everyone. From Snow Painting and Winter Hula Hoop to the all NEW Interactive Snowboarding Experience that gives kids the chance to experience snowboarding for the first time with the help of instructors from Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park. It’s time to escape the cold weather of Chicago and turn our thoughts towards warm breezes off Lake Michigan and sailing! The Strictly Sail Chicago Boat Show docks at Navy Pier from January 24^th – 27^th. This annual show, now in its 14^th year, features over 250 boating exhibitors, free seminars on lots of boating topics, giveaways, and even a remote control sailing pond for the kids!

The show runs Thursday & Friday from 11am-8pm, Saturday from 10am – 7pm and Sunday from 10am -5pm in Festival Hall A&B at Navy Pier. Stop by the Billy Goat Tavern on Navy Pier for lunch, dinner or a beer to wrap up your day!
